Some are too BIG, others way too SMALL. Is it possible to find the right size for YOU?
Ha! Ha! Ha! I know what you're thinking... It's not that type of post.
SIZE. When it came to performing daily activities, I realized, for me it mattered.
Wait! Wait! hear me out...
But it was not without consequence i.e. high blood pressure, fatigue, diminished mobility and #pain just to name a few.
Mel, but I eat OK and I'm active?
Eating irregularly was my biggest problem, so these are a few changes I made.
Smaller meal portions.
High protein, low carbs and fats.
Reduce sodium intake.
Increase vegetable and fruits.
Eat every 2-3 hours (including snacks).
Track meals with #myfitnesspal app.
Replace juices with water & lemon water.
Exercise consistently (find something you enjoy).
Set both short-term and long-term goals.
The first 3 months was difficult but I stayed consistent and you can to.
Now! One size doesn't fit ALL, finding what FITS may take time...lol
