Most will be disappointed but the secret is Consistency. Yep! CONSISTENCY.
I created a routine and STUCK to it...
Drink water, especially before and after meals
Smaller and frequent meals
High Protein Breakfast
Healthier Snacks like Greek yogurt, loose Granola not the prepackaged bars, fresh fruits and vegetables.
Black Coffee or Green Tea (contains small amounts of caffeine, it is loaded with powerful antioxidants called catechins, which are believed to work synergistically with caffeine to enhance fat burning )
Cut all processed foods: for the first 4 months I eliminated FLOUR, SUGAR and OIL from my diet.
