Ladies... I need to talk about the CHANGES.
OMG! FAT is everywhere... and I mean EVERYWHERE.
The first changes started at my Third month marker.
Waistline got smaller, butt started looking nice and #plump... I was yesss... finally a lil a$$.
Fourth month, I had to adjust all of my clothes, especially the waist. Yeah! Loving the coca cola shape. Shoes got loose, jewelry, shades. You know I love my over-sized sunglasses, well they had to go.
My legs and arms unfortunately, decided they are not moving an inch though... and that 20 year old post pregnancy punch, don't get me start on that stubborn punch. It's reducing at snail pace.
Now at the Fifth month, is where it got interesting.

Remember, that nice plump butt at month 3?
Well! Mostly fat, now mostly gone...smh. I had a$$ for almost 2 whole months, now squatting is my new best friend. But! Going to the toilet got a lot easier...lol
Phew! Nobody tells you these things beforehand.
Having breasts cup size F, is back breaking to say the least but as women we get use to them. Now I feel most of the 70 pounds, I've lost came from my breasts.
Good Lawdh! These girls are now mostly skin with "cockeyed" nipples...HA HA seriously!!! At this point only the best bras can help.
Wearing a backless top without a bra is still out of reach, all the talk about using those silicone breast lift cover "thingys"... I quickly found out it's not for me.
Could be just me, but sex is a lot more fun now. Less blowing and more grinding...lol more flexibility. I'm not saying I wasn't flexible at 260 pounds but I was limited.
Joints don't ache as much, belly and inner thighs no longer in the way. I'm stronger with more endurance, now who doesn't like that? Coupled with my new and improved snake oiled waistline...
OK! Mel let's move on.
A few other things I've noticed:
• Elongated neck
• Better #posture
• You appear taller
• Better overall mood
• Improved sleep
• Look and feel youthful
• Better brain function
I'm certain I'll discover more within the next 3 months but I felt compelled to share these. Everyone may not experience these because everyone's body structure and fat composition is different I suppose.
I'm not discouraged by these physical changes, I'm taking everything and everyday as they come...With thanks for life and the strength to stay focused and enjoying my journey.
